ONE-TIME PROJECTS
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any one-time project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverable.
If you request a cancellation before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit is retained to cover time and resources already invested.
If you are dissatisfied with the final delivery, we will work with you through the revision process outlined in your service agreement before any refund is considered.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS (AI Content Plans & Site Care)
Monthly plans are billed per billing cycle. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date with no penalty, no cancellation fees, and no questions asked.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
There are no long-term contracts or lock-in commitments on any monthly plan.
WEBSITE DESIGN PROJECTS
Website design projects follow the same 50% deposit model. The deposit covers discovery, planning, and initial design work and is non-refundable once that work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled mid-way, any work completed up to that point will be delivered and the remaining balance will be prorated based on work completed.
REVISIONS & DISPUTES
All services include a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your service tier. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction that falls within the scope of the agreed revision process.
If you believe there has been a material failure to deliver the agreed service, please contact us at hello@caribmania.ai within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
